Tamika Bryant-Cromer, Esq. is a corporate attorney and executive leader specializing in technology, privacy, and commercial law. As Senior Vice President of Legal and Human Resources at Knotch, Inc., she oversees legal operations, data governance, and global compliance for a leading SaaS and AI company. With over 15 years of experience across law, compliance, and technology, Tamika has negotiated more than $100 million in contracts and led enterprise-wide GDPR and CCPA programs. She previously served as Vice President and General Counsel at ForeSee Results (now Verint), guiding legal and HR functions through high-growth phases and acquisitions. Tamika holds a Juris Doctor from the University of Detroit Mercy, an MBA from the University of Phoenix, and a B.S. from Wayne State University.
