Ryan Lynch is a commercial airline pilot, educator, and philanthropist dedicated to transforming youth engagement in aviation and STEM education. With nearly two decades of experience at Republic Airways, he serves as a Captain, Senior Pilot Recruiter, and Instructor, where he has led initiatives in pilot training, talent acquisition, and diversity development across flight operations.

Ryan is the Founder, CEO, and Chairman of The NAYR Foundation Inc., a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization that oversees multiple aviation education programs including the Indianapolis ACE Academy, Indiana Youth Aviation Academy, and the Aviation Business and Flight Academies. Through these initiatives, he has introduced thousands of students to aviation careers via immersive, STEM-based learning experiences.

An award-winning leader recognized by COMTO Indiana and the City of Indianapolis, Ryan also contributes to workforce and educational advancement as an adjunct lecturer at Purdue University and a former board chair of The Mind Program Charter School. His entrepreneurial ventures, including LiftOff Creamery, reflect his passion for combining business innovation with community impact.

Ryan holds a B.S. in Aeronautical Science from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University and a Master of Arts in Executive Leadership from Liberty University. He is a certified Airline Transport Pilot, Flight Instructor (CFI/CFII/MEI), and UAS Remote Pilot, and continues to advocate for diversity and equity in aviation education and leadership.
