About Keith W. Rice

Keith W. Rice, Sr. serves as Secretary of the ACP Foundation, providing administrative oversight and accountability for all fiscal operations. He is a Global Human Resources Executive and Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging (DIB) leader with more than 30 years of experience across the healthcare and aerospace sectors. The former Chief DIB Officer for Bell Textron Inc., Keith has pioneered initiatives that integrate diversity and inclusion principles into corporate culture, leadership development, and global operations. His previous leadership at Johnson & Johnson encompassed multiple senior HR roles overseeing global manufacturing, M&A integration, and talent strategy. A recipient of six Johnson & Johnson Leadership Awards, Keith is known for his authentic, servant-leadership approach and for driving measurable business results through people-first strategies. A U.S. Air Force veteran and adjunct faculty member at Eastern University, he combines global HR expertise with a passion for mentoring emerging leaders.
