About Rich Chang

Rich is an experienced consultant, start-up founder and CEO, business development professional, mentor, and coach, including 4 successful company exits. His career has been about building valuable solutions to problems that typically nobody else is solving particularly well or succeeding at.

He has diverse experience having worked across numerous roles, industries, and companies large and small in addition to holding board and chair seats at over 15 non-profits.

Rich gets great joy at helping make connections to engage effective partnerships and also loves to make things happen through inspired leadership and action.

He is also a big proponent of giving back by being an ear for other founders, assisting boot-camps, giving talks, participating in round-tables on various topics, and by serving on various community-oriented non-profits. His favorite mantra is, "We all do better when we ALL do better."
